About Me

Hey, I'm Flor, Certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition Level 1 and NASM), functional breathing instructor through Oxygen Advantage®, Longevity Nutrition and Lifestyle Ambassador, and most importantly, a mom of two.
I created the HQ Life Method because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable women who wanted to feel better but were completely overwhelmed by conflicting advice, unrealistic programs, and zero support.
I've experienced parts of this myself. I know what it feels like to do everything "right" and still not feel your best.
