3.4. Booking Your Service
If you purchase a coaching service, you will receive an email confirmation with next steps. You are responsible for scheduling your sessions using the provided booking link or by contacting us directly.
3.5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., eBooks, courses, breathing packs) will be delivered to the email address you provide during purchase or immediately available via download link after checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
4. Refunds and cancellations
4.1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is accessed or downloaded.
4.2. Coaching Services
Refunds for coaching services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your first session. Missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4.3. Group Coaching & Programs
Spots in group programs are limited and time-bound. Once the program starts, no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend, please contact us before the start date to explore alternative options.
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
