Hey, I’m Flor, founder of the HQ Life Method.
I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutrition coach, NASM certified nutrition coach, Oxygen Advantage® functional breathing instructor and Longevity Nutrition and Lifestyle Ambassador, focusing on long-term health and sustainable living. And my most important profession is being a mom of 2 little kids.
I understand what it feels like to be tired, overwhelmed, and trying to do everything right… yet still not feeling your best.
I’ve seen it again and again, and I’ve experienced parts of it myself too.
My approach is simple: no extremes, no confusion, no overcomplicating, no unrealistic expectations.
